We send to post office boxes in Australia, International location orders must go to a physical address.
Nobody at address to receive parcel:
Delivery is provided by Australia Post. If you are not at home or your business premises are unoccupied when Australia Post attempts delivery, you will receive a calling card advising of attempted delivery. Australia Post will then keep your parcel at your nearest Post Office until you can pick it up.

At Crankin we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Incorrect Product Delivered:
If we have shipped you the wrong item we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error. It is very rare for this to happen but if it ever happens to you. Please contact us within 48hrs of receipt via email or phone so we can fix the problem straight away. We will resend you the correct item at no cost and we will also pay to have the wrong item sent back to us.
Damaged Product Delivered:
If you have received a damaged product we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. At Crankin we pre-check all products for quality before dispatch; whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that your product(s) are delivered to you in perfect condition, sometimes parcels can get damaged in the delivery process. If this happens to you please contact us within 48hrs of receipt. We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to the purchaser and we will pay for the return of the damaged product(s).
Product Warranty:
Crankin as defined below, warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (12 months) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (”Warranty Period”). If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its Option, Crankin will either (1) exchange the product with a new one or (2) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or (12 months) from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Crankin property. When a refund is given the returned item(s) becomes Crankin property. Please note that this warranty does not cover the following, Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, broken parts caused by the user or by anyone else and general wear and tear is also not covered by our (12 month) warranty policy.

Do you ship abroad? Yes, I live in Finland and have tried to find these discs for a while and You have these. How can I make the order? Looks like that I need some advise:)
